EPISA’s structure is designed to prevent fraud, as the staff members are linked to two managerial pathways (Technical and Supervision). The decision-making in EPISA is not dependent on one key member, rather multiple staff from different departments and different managerial levels are brought together to ensure accountability and transparency.
EPISA also has an international board of trustees that oversees four registered sister organizations in Syria, Iraq, Belgium, and Turkey.
