As part of the “Active Women for Development” program, the Empowerment for Peace Initiatives and Strategies of Action (EPISA) organization held a legal awareness session under the project “Enhancing the Role of Women’s Volunteer Centers in Effective Participation in Civil Space.”
The session addressed legal challenges faced by women’s teams, how to access legal support, and the correct procedures to follow. It targeted 16 women representing women’s centers in Idlib and Maarrat Misrin.
EPISA is dedicated to developing the skills and capacities of young women, empowering them to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, and contributing to building a safer and more peaceful society.
