Who we are
This website is run by EPISA, registered in Türkiye and licensed in Damascus, Syria. You can reach us at info@episa.org.
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email address, subject and message when you use the contact form, and your email address when you subscribe to updates. Messages are stored in the website's administration area and emailed to the EPISA team.
How we use it
To reply to your message, and to send updates about our programs, studies and calls for partners to people who subscribed. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the EPISA team members who manage the website and answer messages, and the hosting and email providers who process it on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask us to.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load trackers from other companies. When you follow a link from our site to another one, such as a social network, that site's own policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and for our records. You can ask us at any time to delete your message or to remove your email address from our updates list.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe at any time, by writing to info@episa.org.
