Empowerment and Protection Safe spaces, psychosocial support, referral services and advocacy for women and girls affected by conflict and displacement. Explore the program Community Leadership We train and activate women's and youth networks to lead local initiatives and strengthen civic participation. Education and Skills Development Quality, flexible learning and life skills for girls, women, children and adolescents. Citizenship for Peace Civic dialogue, peace bridges, awareness campaigns and inclusive participation that build a culture of rights, responsibility and peaceful coexistence. Emergency Response Cash and in-kind assistance, winterization support and community-led emergency preparedness plans. Economic Empowerment Tailored programs that build entrepreneurial skills, promote self-reliance and enable women and youth to launch sustainable small businesses. Governance and Partnerships We strengthen local organizations through capacity building, governance systems development and enhanced transparency and accountability.

From our office in Gaziantep, EPISA works with communities in northwest Syria and takes part in gatherings across Türkiye. In Syria it is licensed in Damascus.
